Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American writer, singer and performer best known for playing Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Her stage work began in the 1950s with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Then, in 1956 she had her breakthrough on Broadway along with Li'l abner. The same year, She recorded her first album, It's Time to Tina. Louise was first seen as a performer in Hollywood in God's Little Acre a drama which was made in 1958. She performed the role of Griselda who was a character from the movie. In the years prior to this she was a student at the Actors Studio of New York. Lee Strasberg was her instructor. Louise joined CBS in 1964, to play Ginger Grant. Louise continued to juggle her work effectively with a variety of roles between Broadway television and Hollywood playing somber characters opposed to her image as being a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1 and Sanctuary but she also was an accomplished television director on various series like Supernatural as well as The 100. Born in Essex on the 28th of August in 1965. Her family later moved to Toronto for her childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver, Canada after her selection for the lead role.
