Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen, an American actress and singer-songwriter is from St. Louis Missouri. The most famous of her roles is her role as Jenny Humphrey on the CW series Gossip Girl and as the leading singer in rock group The Pretty Reckless. Her music has been featured on television and film shows such as How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on the 26th of July 1993. she is the sister of Sloane Momsen who is also an actor. Taylor Momsen attended the Center of Creative Arts, St. Louis. When she was three she commenced her acting career as a professional in an iconic Shake 'n Bake commercial. Momsen's career slowed to abrupt halt over the course of three years after she got a lead role in Misconceptions, a WB series Misconceptions. Momsen has also appeared in Saving Shiloh the 2006 film. Momsen auditioned as well to play the title role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three but the title role went for Miley Cyrus.
