Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. The Pro Card was granted a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped her gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals every year. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia and took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving onto exercises. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
